A devoted husband and father, he is deeply family-driven and believes some of life’s best moments happen around the table, sharing great food with the people you love. As the owner and chef behind Holy Pita, Peter brings those same values to every dish he serves—using fresh, quality ingredients and the authentic Greek flavors he grew up with. For Peter, Holy Pita is more than a food truck; it’s a way to share a piece of his Greek heritage, his love of family, and his passion for bringing people together through food.
